The Semtech 2000522 is the genuine Sierra Wireless AirLink DC power and I/O cable, terminating a keyed 4-pin Molex connector to bare flying leads. It carries DC power and digital I/O to AirLink GX, ES, LS, RV, MP70 and LX gateways from a hardwired DC supply.
