The common way to use the router is with a 4G Fixed IP SIM Card to provide the H685with a mobile broadband Internet connection with a Fixed Public IP address for easy and reliable remote access to the router and connected devices using port forwarding.

The Proroute H820 embedded industrial 4G router includes keep alive features such as Ping Reboot to ensure that the router will provide a reliable 3G/4G connection so you can install it at a remote location to provide convenient internet access via the 4G network without having to worry about expensive and time consuming site visits to reboot the router.
The Proroute H820 is ideal for users that need the reliability and features of the H685 but need additional Ethernet ports.
